“Thank you so much! You took such great care of my baby girl Molly. I was a little hesitant when I was handed a pamphlet and told the company will contact you. After talking to Jen on the phone, I felt so much more at peace. I knew Molly was in good hands. Jen was very patient and understanding. She talked me through the process and even called me back in like two minutes to confirm Molly was indeed on her way to their location for her private cremation. I wish I had known about Forget-Me-Not years ago. You made... (Click to read more)”
Above and Beyond
“We just lost our amazing 175lb big boy Zeus on Dec 14, 2020. Our vet provided us with two useless pamphlets that only listed the basic service options, no pricing, no turn around time, no extras etc, upon calling them to find out how to proceed we received a full voicemail for one and left a message for the other, to this date 12-31 still no returned call. After Googling Pet Cremation I was lucky to come across Forget-Me-Not. I was so worried they wouldn’t service our area since we are pretty far from their location. They were amazing. We... Very Thankful.
“When we lost our Max at home we really had no plan. An quick search led me Forget me not. After a conversation with Kathy I knew I had found the right place. We went there the next morning and I just cannot say how much of a comfort it was in easing this difficult time. Private very respectful rooms are there to make necessary choices. Not for a second did were we rushed or pressured or anything. But supported. I’ve never taken the time to write a recommendation on a website. This place is excellent, Kathy is just outstanding.... Sincerest Thanks
“We lost our 14 year old Labradoodle Rugby last week. This was one of the most difficult losses we’ve experienced, and I can’t thank you staff enough for their support and professionalism. I will never forget the words that were spoken to me “we will treat him like he’s our own”. These words were so comforting to me. Additionally, the cedar box that he is now resting in is beautiful, along with the forget-me-not seeds for us to remember him with. Thank you so much for being so compassionate and treating our family like they are your family.”
Best Pet Crematory
“I’ve been coming to this place for a few years as dogs of my family have passed on, They’ve always been professional and understanding of the loss that just occured, but have not had to make a personal visit until recently this month (Nov 2018.) I just recently had to make a personal visit to the crematory with my three month old Jack-Chi, Commander Cosmo. He was to be my service dog when he passed his training, but that was not the plan Time had for him. Back in 2016, My mother brought in my 21-year old doxie named Angel,... (Click to read more)”
Awesome service and compassion
“We were on vacation when we lost our beloved Golden retriever, Lady Emma. We had no idea she was as sick as she was and after she had been put down by the amazing vet in Portsmouth they called Forget Me Not. The service was awesome and handled with much care and comfort. Of course, we did not continue our vacation. We stopped to visit my sister and get comfort from her Golden and went back to Louisiana. Lady was delivered to our home a few days after our return. The urn is beautiful and many little loving touches were... (Click to read more)”
COMFORTING PACKAGE
“My beloved Diego passed away on July 11, 2018. He was almost 15. I want to commend Forget-Me-Not for the compassion shown to me and the dignity with which they treated my dear member of the family. From the gentle and caring Stephanie who answered the phone on my initial contact with Forget-Me-Not to the quick and safe return today of my Diego’s remains, I was so impressed and grateful for the way he was packaged, the obvious care that was taken, the beauty of the urn I chose and its velvet pouch, and the “little extras” included – his... My sweet Angel
“Thank you Sarah for all your timely updates you were kind enough to do with such tenderness and compassion. It takes a special heart big enough to fill with all the souls you show so much love for. My AngelFoodCake wasn’t just one more. She was treated with dignity and tenderness the way we cared for her right up until cancer took her from our lives. I swear Iheard her purring with thanks when I opened that box and held that beautifule urn close to me. When my old boys time comes due I know know he will be safe... (Click to read more)”
Mia and Kingsley
“We have called upon your staff 2 times now for our cats Mia (2016) and Kingsley (2018), and we would like to thank your staff for your love, compassion and excellent service! It was such a comfort to us to know our pets were in good caring hands and to be able to have our pets back home with us! Thank you again!!! Love, Ray, Maria and Tyler Gilfus”
Toby and Katie
“We want to thank you for all your compassion during this horrible time. Our Toby passed in November, 2012 and we were so impressed with everyone at Forget-Me-Not, that we visited once again on February, 6th of 2018 for our little Katie. The most comforting people..sincere, warm and thorough. Their quiet demeanor made the whole experience bearable. Thank you for helping us through this. It made it easier for us to cope.”
Linny
“Our guinea pig Linny was almost 7 years old. She passed on January 29, 2018. From the first phone call to picking up her cremains, everyone at Forget-Me-Not treated us with as much respect as if she’d been a person. It’s such a sad time to lose a member of your family, but Forget-Me-Not employees were so sympathetic and professional. Thanks for taking such good care of “us”. I would highly recommend your crematory.”
Kendall
“After almost 14 years, it was time to say goodbye to my girl, Kendall Elizabeth. She was sweet and smart and taught me about the love animals have for us, a love like no other. The vet came to our home to make sure Kendall had a safe, easy, and peaceful passing. She was an angel! Later that day I received a call from Forget-Me-Not saying that Kendall had arrived safely. I was adamant that Kendall be privately cremated and I was assured that it would be handled according to my wishes. Four days later, Kendall came home, as promised.... (Click to read more)”
Tia
“Our beautiful cat, Tia, passed away and we knew to call Forget Me Not. We had past experience with your crematorium and just felt very good about the care taken and your amazing staff. When Tia passed, it made it slightly better to know she was going to be honored and respected. The urn choices are beautiful and the staff was, once again, wonderful.”
Buddy
“Hello, So my wife and I lost our beloved Buddy and friend of fifteen years, Leo. We knew we wanted him to be cremated but we’re not aware of a facility. We chose Forget-Me-Not from the internet. We dropped him off and were told we could pick him up the next morning. Some things happened and we were surprised. Well let me tell you I did not get to speak to the owner but, I am telling you sir, the people that work for you are valuable assets to your company. Caring, thoughtful and just the best. I will recommend... (Click to read more)”
“I just want to extend my thanks to you for kindly providing the extras I asked for. I know you did not have to and I really, really appreciate it as I was not ready to say goodbye to my beloved kitty. I look forward to receiving Bizzie’s cremains, fur, and whiskers and the ability to create a memento. I will post a formal review at the end of the process. Thanks, Kari”
Bella
“I wanted to thank you so much for being so kind to my daughter Jessie G after she had to put her 15 year old Yorker down from a brain tumor she was heart broken. You made her experience a little less painful with your kindness and your care of her Bella. Thank you for helping her thru this extremely hard time”
Arthur, our PW Corgi
“We lost our 12 year old tri-color Pembroke Welsh Corgi last week. Arthur had a wonderful life. He was a 2 time Blue Ribbon Winner Show Dog and we were the lucky family to get him when the Breeder was done “Showing” him. He had an older cousin, Edward, he spent many years with. The Edward and Arthur Show!!! 10/12/17 – Arthur went to sleep in his own bed….not to wake up. It was just his time…plain and simple. We turned to Forget-Me -Not and the entire Team did an outstanding, professional job handling of our beloved Arthur that words... (Click to read more)”
Milan
“I lost my dear sweet Milan Nov 3 last year. Although I live in RI I chose to use forget me not as they did everything that I requested in such a timely manner. I requested that Milan be cremated on his bed and pillow. They adhered to my wishes and were so kind when I picked up his ashes the very next day. Knowing that he was cared for in such a kind loving way helped my sad heart so much I highly recommend them for all of their services.”
Harold
“After 14 years, we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Harold on July 13th. The staff at Forget-Me-Not are amazing. They not only handled my dog Harold with love and respect, they were so compassionate and supportive of my family. We chose to have a private service where we were able to visit with Harold before his cremation. To some it might feel a bit silly to have a funeral or wake for a pet, but then they do not understand how a pet can be deeply loved and cherished. My Harold was a part of our family... Tuxedo
“This heartfelt thank you is long overdue. My beloved Tuxedo cat passed in May 2013. The kindness and compassion that everyone at Forget-Me-Not showed me is ever remembered. It was indeed a trying time for me as my husband was coming to the end of his battle with cancer and died a month after Tuxedo. We lived for our cats as they were the children we never had. We had just moved and our new veterinarian recommended Forget-Me-Not and I am forever grateful that she did. The kindness and compassion began the moment the wonderful young lady at the desk...
