This service has been invaluable to me over the past 48 hours whilst dealing with the sudden and unexpected lost of my sweet, sweet baby kitty Mr. Richard. I am still so broken, but the kind and caring compassion from Lori and Adriano – promptly retrieving my baby from my home late in the evening and then returning his ashes to me the next morning – has made this horrific grieving process more bearable. I don’t know what I would have done had they not been there for me. I am so sad that I had to go through this but I’m forever grateful for this service to help me through my awful loss. I’ll value the clay paw print forever. His urn is beautiful. The clipping of his fur is so hard to look at right now, but I know I’ll be grateful for it when the wound of his death isn’t so fresh and raw. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You all are angels.
