We lost our 14 year old Labradoodle Rugby last week. This was one of the most difficult losses we’ve experienced, and I can’t thank you staff enough for their support and professionalism. I will never forget the words that were spoken to me “we will treat him like he’s our own”. These words were so comforting to me. Additionally, the cedar box that he is now resting in is beautiful, along with the forget-me-not seeds for us to remember him with. Thank you so much for being so compassionate and treating our family like they are your family.
