Everyone was absolutely wonderful. My pet papillon Jack died unexpectedly last week (4/9) and they picked him up from the vet and called when he safely arrived to northborough. They even called when he was back from cremation. It was a tough decision. Upon opening the box I saw a certificate, a paw print pin with a halo, rainbow bridge card, and a small package of forget me not seeds to plant flowers. I was blown away and was not expecting it. I will forever cherish all of this. Thank you so much for making a difficult time easier! ❤️
