I can’t say enough good things about Forget Me Not. Our dog, Ernie, passed on May 23. My wife and I chose the the private witness cremation option for Ernie. Because of the Covid-19 restrictions, Forget Me Not couldn’t offer this service until June 26. Unfortunately, because of the uncertainty of when Massachusetts would lift these restrictions, Forget Me Not couldn’t give us a date for the service until a few days before June 26. During this period of delay, I would call for updates often. The staff was so understanding of my frustration and kept expressing their sympathy for the loss of Ernie. A special shout out to Kathy who constantly assured me that they were taking good care of Ernie.
When the day of the service finally arrived Kathy could not have been more kind to me. She made a difficult time better.
