I don’t normally leave reviews for anything- but I really felt compelled to hop on here after our experience with Forget-Me-Not. Our beloved ferret Jorah passed away last month after battling lymphoma. Forget-Me-Not was extremely accommodating and compassionate throughout the entire process. We were very unsure of how everything would workout with the Covid pandemic going on. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining options over the phone, and completing the process from a distance. We are extremely grateful for the kindness displayed by all staff that we were fortunate enough to interact with. Even the small things- the forget-me-not seeds and Rainbow Bridge card- these small gestures are so very appreciated. The whole experience went far above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for treating our Jorah with the respect and dignity he deserved!
