Jessica has been a part of our family for over 20 years, and it saddens us very deeply to know that we have to say “see you later” to our sweet love until we see her again in the afterlife. I remember the time that we both accidentally got locked out of my home, and she realized that I was anxious, and she kept purring and initiating hide and seek to keep me occupied until I was able to get back in my home. Jessica was also a protector as she pretended to be a dog (various times throughout her life) and hissed (I think it’s imitation of what a bark might sound like LOL) at strangers who she deemed to be a danger to her parents and our little young son. When our son was first born, Jessica came up to her brother and gently licked his head. There were also times that her playfulness got her in trouble, however her sweetness, ravenous eating habits of Chinese food and cream cheese and cuddles made up for it. We will forever have you in our hearts and pray that you are resting in peace. We love you forever and ever, and always. Mommy, Daddy, and your little brother
Miss My My, oh how you will be missed.
Nightmare
You leave behind Matt and I who are broken hearted and your Dad and sister who are for sure missing you. Reunited with your sweet mom Cotton now. This happened o suddenly, did not expect to come home with an empty carrier and an empty space in my heart. You used to be so stand offish and the last year became so loveable.
Lucy, you were the light of all of our lives. We all loved you so much. We remember your playful spirit, we remember you in California eating avocados with your other puppy friends. Even though the final days were tough, you pushed through it and made still showed love and affection. We still have tough days thinking about you and how special you really were. You were here on earth for 17 years and will stay in our hearts forever.
XoXo
Vinny
You were one of a kind and I will really miss you.
Our time on earth was cut too short. Love you, Boy.
Riley:
We connected at Northeast Animal Shelter and we knew that we needed to take you home.
We found out back in late 2017 that you had cancer even before we adopted you but we knew we wanted you to have the best home you could despite your diagnosis. It was a joy welcoming you
Since then, you have had other medical ups and downs, and new issues but you did well all the way until May 2023, much longer than anybody would have expected
In these six years you become a member of the family and notably John’s best buddy and he looked after each you. You helped us get through those COVID years while we all stayed home. John and you especially spent most of your days at home side by side. Also, our bedtime companion.
Alas luck ran out and you got another, more aggressive cancer, and it took you from us much sooner and quicker than we would have liked. I hope and wish your final days and hours at home were peaceful and you knew we were with you
we will miss you always – we will think of you every day
We hope to see you again on the other side
John, Michelle and Gregory (and Penny and Max)
