Remember Your Pet

We encourage you to submit stories of your departed pets.  We’ll review and post some of these Remembrances in the future.

  1. Michelle Gabutti

For my little buddy Stugy, the best friend I have ever had!, you showed me what unconditional love is and made me a better a person. You were tiny in size but had such a big presence and heart. Thank you for the walking this earth with me for 17 years.
You are in my heart forever.
I love you and miss you sooo very much!!!

  2. John and Deborah Gosselin & Family

Rocky was a wonderful dog, loved by all who knew him. He was a real “people” dog and loved to be close to any of those with whom he’d bonded – which was the entire family. He was very good with children, even those as young as toddlers: they could touch and pet him and there was never worry that he would snap or bite – he just wasn’t that kind of dog. He was good with other dogs, and he’d been exposed to several friendly house cats, without any issues there either. If anyone went into the living room and turned on the TV, Rocky was in there like a flash, jumping up on their lap, or sitting right aside of them, or laying against one of their legs; he’d get comfortable and stay there for hours if that person didn’t move. He was a dog with a soul and will be forever missed by all of us.

The picture shown is of Rocky when he was only about 4 years old; he was quite the handsome dog.

  3. John Loconto

Our precious boy Dino, aka ‘Handsome’ and ‘The boy’ has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We will miss you dearly my little friend. You gave us 13 beautiful years of joy and memories we will always cherish.
We love you and will never forget you.
    RIP my little puppy angel.

  4. Krystal Wheeler

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our sweet hound Dazey Duke. Had her since she was 6 weeks old and she made it to 11 years and almost 2 years after her cancer diagnosis. Oh the places we’ve gone and the adventures we’ve had with you. We loved you soo much and always will. Thank you for being you and because of that we wanted another Bloodhound and you certainly taught Henry J soo much. You’ll be with us in spirit and we will always have the memories. ❤😭🐾❤

  5. Diane Martin

Our dear sweet boy Leo (Leonidas) whose been a part of our family for ten years… We could not bear to say goodbye, you fought very hard even when we could see you were suffering. We love you very much and will miss you forever. Your family – Bob, Diane, Miranda and Melody. We will never forget you buddy…

  6. Tom

I can’t claim Linus learned his traits from me, because I only had the blessing of getting to share good moments with him for the last third of his life, but we both possessed some of the same characteristics: stubborn, impulsive, energetic, and in love with the same guy. However, Linus could exclaim, “I’m The King!!” and everyone would believe it. No such luck for me. There’ill always be a Linis-sized hole in my life now that he’s running free somewhere over the rainbow, and I’ll miss him forever. He was a special dog, an alpha, and I was privileged to be able to share his company and be a bravo in his pack.

  7. Kirk P. Mansfield

For a little guy, Linus was an enormous presence everywhere he went. Every person who met him fell in love instantly because he had the sweetest face imaginable and was ALWAYS happy! We shared 13 amazing years until cancer stole him away from me. My heart is destroyed and though I have spent my entire life surrounded by dogs, Linus left a void which can never be filled by another. Rest in Peace my “little punk.”
